Our camps run through the NHL off season. We pride ourselves on providing a premium experience with NHL goaltending coaches, professional trainers/coaches & pro goalies with a low student to instructor ratio (published for each camp) to ensure each student gets the attention they need to develop their goaltending talents. Along with on-ice activities we provide classroom style learning with access to video content previously only available to pro coaches that’s used to break down plays for our students to learn save selection, technique & situational awareness used by pro goalies.
NHL-level coaching
Camps are led by working NHL, AHL, ECHL and NCAA goaltending coaches — including San Jose Sharks goaltending coach Thomas Speer.
Low student-to-instructor ratio
Every camp publishes its ratio. Selects runs 2:1 with a max of 14 students; our other camps run 3:1 so nobody gets lost in the crease.
Pro-level video breakdown
Classroom sessions use video content previously available only to pro coaches, teaching save selection, technique and situational awareness.

Coaching Staff
Coached by the people who coach the pros
Founder Thomas Speer is the goaltending coach for the NHL’s San Jose Sharks and served as goaltending coach for the 2025 gold-medal U.S. Men’s National Team. Our staff has developed goaltenders into the NHL, AHL, ECHL, USHL, NAHL and NCAA Division I.
